Extract from True West with Norman Helms, then interview by Gilbert Sicotte with Norman Helms and director Brigitte Haentjens. When asked, “You’ve worked with Roy before” Brigitte says that she’d like to work with Roy all the time. Roy looks coy. After about 8 minutes Roy is invited to answer questions form the audience. One is whether he’d prefer to live in a castle or a log cabin. He said a castle, because if he could afford to live in a castle he’d probably have a log cabin as well. A further question asked if he’d like to be a stand-up comedian, but he didn’t know – he’d never tried.
