Deux filles le matin, November 2002

Roy does daytime TV, spending the best part of
an hour with two female presenters.
The first part is a straight interview, where Roy talks about his swimming,
sailing, Séraphin, Nikita, and about giving up the night life.
His good friend Marie-Chantal Perron arrives late …
The chef from a restaurant called Tentation has laid on a spread with oysters
and champagne. (Roy is drinking iced water though). He is very interested in the
truffles, and takes his oyster garnished with a shaving of truffle and a drizzle
of truffle oil. He swallows the oyster whole, as he should, but he has to chew
on the bit of truffle.
After another break they all move to a sofa for a slide show by a woman who had
travelled to the Himalayas. Roy was very interested in this.
Finally there is a show of leather garments, and although Roy touched a couple
and commented on them he wasn’t going to be persuaded to try any on.
