Les Filles de Caleb & Blanche (French versions only)

This is now available in a new boxed set. The set consists of 2 boxes, each with 4 tapes. I was able to pick up my copies from MusicWorld in Montreal, I don't remember their exact address but there are two stores on Rue Ste-Catherine Ouest - one in the Eaton Centre and a larger store opposite Place des Artes. There are a number of other stores in Montreal you can pick up copies :-

Quinn paid $49.90 for both of hers. You have to tell them that you are going to use the videos for DOMESTIC USE ONLY or they'll charge you more. They don't take credit cards, you'll have to mail a check or money order.

You can pick up new copies of this (in french without subtitles) from many of the video stores in Montreal shown above, I remember seeing one copy for approx CA$18.99 - but I don't remember which store :) I picked up my copy for CA$9.99 from Movieland, it was a previously viewed copy which explains the lower price. Movieland has 5 stores in Montreal, although you might find the one at 1621 Ste-Catherine a little lacking in copies because I think we cleaned him out, much to his amusement. They had quite a few other previously viewed copies of Roys films (non-subtitled versions). In the store we were in they had Being At Home With Claude, J'en Suis and L'Homme Ideal.

Bravo to Michele, Scorpio & Françoise for tracking down the suppliers of this. Also available from the same suppliers is a short black & white film called Anemique. Its very hard to describe what it is - the best I can come up with is it looks like a music video. I've been told that they may not necessarily reply to faxes or emails straight away but they will reply. They are a distribution company rather than an online store and they will make up a cassette containing one or both of the above mentioned films on receipt of payment (someone correct me if I'm wrong here.)

Thanks to Kadyn for tracking down the suppliers of this two part TV play. To order your copy you need a friend in Quebec to do this for you as the TV station will not ship copies of their show outside of Quebec. Each part is on a separate tape, each tape costing $34 (Canadian)
