Nikita tries to track down the
truth about her recruitment by Section, under cover of helping a new agent. Michael is
suspicious of her ‘live sim’ with this agent, Kruger, and quizzes her on this.
She confesses what she’s been up to. Michael refuses to help her but agrees not to
interfere. Nikita then finds out that the agent involved in her initial recruitment has
been killed - was Michael responsible for this? |

In production order, if not in
screening order, this was the third consecutive unusually small part for Roy (20 minutes
spread over 3 episodes), which brought the season average down to the lowest in the
series. We might speculate that it was during this period that Roy was filming Maurice
Richard : Histoire d’un Canadien (and would appreciate feedback from anyone who
could confirm this). Let’s hope so, because otherwise this is yet another tiny
helping of pretty standard Michael stuff, and a bit of a waste of M. Dupuis’
undeniable talents. |
