6 minutes

An uneasy tale, with Operations targeting Markali, a politician who is married to his ex-wife, Corinne. Section are working every angle to drive her into a state of paranoia, and Michael goes undercover as the private detective whom she hires to follow Markali. He convinces her that she is in danger from her husband, and provides her with the means to kill him.
Michael Moments Accompanying the prisoner into the White Room at Section
Pulling off his balaclava after the Markali ‘hit’
Leather jacket-clad Michael (THUD!)
Breathy speech (Roy patent pending) to Corinne re Markali’s plan to kill her
Looking down at, and talking to, Nikita from the upper level in Section
Words of Wisdom "He’s … um, he’s planning to kill you."
"As soon as I pick up your ‘usband, I’ll call."
"You’ll be all right, trust me."
Performance Rating
Managing somehow to be both distasteful and deadly dull at the same time, this episode has little to commend it apart from Roy’s interesting little cameo. His breathy portrait of a private detective captures the imagination and you wish he’d had more time to develop this character. Intriguingly, there are certain similarities between this detective and the character of Danny Le Blanc in Dark Eyes, the series that never made it past the pilot (1994).
