| Michael's POV Onscreen:
22 minutes |
Returning from an unsuccessful
mission, Michael blames a faulty profile, causing him to cross swords with Sections
new profiler, Andrea. Andrea is assigned to Michaels team, and allows herself to be
seduced by him. Michael acknowledges to Andrea that he did once love Nikita but now
"theres you." Later it transpires that his seduction of Andrea was on
Operations orders, as she was suspected of treason. Michael is warned by Nikita that
Andrea wants revenge, and on a subsequent mission is targeted by her, with Nikita coming
to his rescue. Back at Section Nikita asks Michael what he intends to do about Andrea, but
we learn from Operations that Andrea has already been cancelled, that she was actually being tested for emotional instability, which
she demonstrated by becoming unhinged by Michaels betrayal. |

Joined by real-life love,
Céline Bonnier, in the role of Andrea, Roy goes to town on Michael in full seduction
mode. Interestingly, we get to see one of Roys own mannerisms, the one-handed coat
unbuttoning, demonstrated for us by Ms Bonnier on her own coat! A tightly-written
self-contained episode that allowed Roy and Ms Bonnier to throw themselves whole-heartedly
into a for once believable script, although two consecutive weeks of Michael playing
away from home enraged the HRs. |
