Michael's team has to provide
security for visiting peace negotiator Mijovich. Nikita has encountered an old school
friend who represents a possible security risk, and protects her from being "dealt
with" by Michael. When she is kidnapped by the so-called friend who is in fact a
terrorist, he effects a dramatic rescue, and establishes an excuse for her so that she
will not be punished. |

This episode sees Michael in a
supporting role to Nikita, and while not too demanding, allows Roy to establish some
further refinements to his character - the dignity and grace in the presence of VIPs,
albeit boorish ones like Mijovich. We are to learn that his inscrutable expression when
Nikita convinces Mijovich of her status as a bodyguard is as close as Michael will ever
get to chuckling. |
